One size does not fit all when it comes to our definition of success. I ask every new client to describe what success means for her. Most tell me that success is intangible; it is a feeling, an emotion. They use words like Achievement, Purpose, Happiness and Balance.
What I have learned over the years is that success means something different to each individual. As your coach I will help you uncover your personal definition of success in all areas of your life. Using my TRAMS™ model we will draw up a plan of action and utilize Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques to shift your mindset, enhance your communication style and improve your performance outcomes.

How does the coaching process unfold?
Initial contact is a FREE 20 mins telephone call with Anne to introduce yourself and allow her to get an overall picture of where you are at and what you are looking to achieve. Once agreement is established, the first session is conducted in person or via skype.
How long is each session?
Each session lasts approximately 60 mins.
How long do I have to sign up for?
You do not have to commit to a certain number of sessions up front. The overall duration of the coaching relationship will depend on individual needs. Change tends to occur around the three months mark.
How frequent are the coaching sessions?
Most people start with a session once a week, then move to once a fortnight, which gives them time to reflect and complete agreed tasks. After that most clients see Anne once a month to keep on top of their growth and learning.
You are free to end the coaching sessions at any time.
What are the payment terms?
Payment by direct credit is required before each session.
